  EcooGraphix folder gluer constitutes by paper feeding unit, pre-folding unit, folding unit, gluing unit and delivery unit five units. The whole machine adopts the structure of laser-cut steel plate, and most of electrical parts are imported.
  EcooGraphix folder gluer can do crash-lock box, double side box, straight line box and 4/6 corner box (optional). The machine can run in high speed stably by yawa advanced technology, we also have many experienced technicians can do help in box technique.

  Automatic carton folding gluing machine (LG800) is a very stable high-volume machine that can bring more profits to customers.
  It has a 4/6 corner function. Each set is controlled by an independent motor. It uses ESC, PLC, imported electronic components, and three-board tracking mode equipment.

 

  The aluminum plates are all equipped with a chute structure for easy addition of spare parts. Designed for a wide range of 4/6 angle cardboard or corrugated packaging, it is designed to meet a wide range of automated packaging requirements.

 

 

1. Main Features:

1) Transmission of main unit adopts the imported A/C frequency converter control, start-up and stop of the machine are controlled by means of imported air clutch.

 

2) Running of the whole machine is controlled by PLC. Through the interface touch-screen monitoring the machine running condition,trouble indications and their corresponding solving ways, the operation is more user-friendly.

 

3) Independent temperature control to each heating zone makes operation temperature of the machine more equal and stable.Function of timing pre-heating can enhance working efficiency greatly.

1.Features
1)Taiwan OEM Gearbox:
Ensure minimum space between the input and output of drive from gearbox in order to maintain gripper accuracy.
