ECOOSPARK-Digital inkjet label roll-to-roll spot UV coater and foil stamper.
ECOOSPARK is a UV piezo-electric, drop-on-demand inkjet postpress machine for label roll-to-roll, with high solution (Max. 1440*360 dpi). It uses 5 groups of Konica Minolta printing heads and support many kinds of files, like PDF, ITFF, BMP, etc.
It has an innovative software suited to assure fludity of the transfer of the files and the job tickets.
This machine makes flat and relief selective varnishing and foil stamping automatically and full digitally. In this way it allows fast startup without plates, screens or water, producing from one to several thousand with ease.
Compared with traditional offset inline coating or roller coating, this kind of digital inkjet coating and foiling can avoid may start-up waste, but realize more vivid enhancement effect by 3D raisng coating. It is the new trend and new dimension of postpress technology.

High resolution and registration
The max. resolution is 1440*360 dpi. Operators can choose and switch to other DPI setting in the workflow easily to achieve different coating and foil height and gauges, to make final flat or 3D effects.

Relief varrnishing or foiling
Or we call 3d varnishing and foiling. The machine can make 10-200 um UV coating. The software simplifies the layout changes rangeing from 10-200 um. The foil is covered on the varnishing coating. So the same depth as varnish. The 3D foil or coating raised effect makes embossing finally. For cusotmer's braille requirements, by using special UV and two pass inkjetting, the braille can achieve 300 um height
