A: The lead time is normally 30 days. We can accelerate for emergency cases.

A: Yes, all our machines have been certified by SGS and CE.

Q5: How long is the warranty period ?
A: One year warranty(For machine parts, we have one year guarantee. For motor, three months guarantee. For spare parts touching with ink, such as ink sat, ink pump, printhead, we have no guarantee. It's all the same in the market.)

A: Normally, 30% TT deposit, 70% before shipping, or LC at sight.
