Remote diagnosis system

 

Based on dandelion SD-WAN technology, R300 enables many devices connecting to the cloud at the same time. This provides more functions such as batch device management, remote control, visual monitoring and other capabilities which helps users manage devices better. It can help customers to solve various problems. Comparing with the previous communication by telephone and message, it now achieves one-to-one online support from engineer. Engineer can not only monitor the controller (PLC), but also change the operation interface (HMI) according to customer requirements.
By connecting the device with the dandelion management system, we can do Remote diagnosis. When machine get some intricate problems, we can be remotely connected to the host controller, touch screen, programming, view, do checking and feeding back solutions without onsite. (Remote connecting can only be used when machine is connecting with internet. Yawa factory is able to see working status and problems of customer's machine )
Multiple devices across regions can be operated remotely in batches with one click, such as batch firmware upgrade, configuration import, cloud backup, etc., which are managed centrally and can be seen at a glance.

Q5: How long is the warranty period ?

A: One year warranty(For machine parts, we have one year guarantee. For motor, three months guarantee. For spare parts touching with ink, such as ink sat, ink pump, printhead, we have no guarantee. It's all the same in the market.)

Q6: What is your normal payment term ?

A: Normally, 30% TT deposit, 70% before shipping, or LC at sight.
