 TD1060S automatic die cutter is mostly used to cut cartons and thin corrugated. This model embodies people-oriented, modular design and manufacturing concepts and the use of computer-aided design and manufacturing technology products. Adopts PLC and a colorful touch screen to check the running condition and display errors.
 It is used for automatic stamping roll material, after printing, and lamination. Suitable for the production of paper boxes, paper cups, wrapping labels, cardboard embossing, portable paper bags, paper covers, PVC, various plastics, etc...

Main Features:

1. Transmission of the main unit adopts the imported A/C frequency converter control, and start-up and stop of the machine are controlled by means of an imported air clutch.
2. The running of the whole machine is controlled by PLC. Through the interface touch-screen monitoring of the machine's running condition, trouble indications, and their corresponding solving ways, the operation is more user-friendly.
3. Independent temperature control of each heating zone makes the operation temperature of the machine more equal and stable. The function of timing pre-heating can enhance working efficiency greatly.
