Brief introduction:

It is a roll-to-roll label Varnishing and Foil Stamping machine. The machine can do spot UV varnishing, embossing, 3D shining effects, digital foil, variable data enhancements. These effects are far more versatile and value-adding than normal varnishing and foil stamping by flexo plate application on any hybrid digital label printer. 

The printing process starts from ink jet heads dropping a special varnish that then is curedby hybrid LED/UV lamps allowing to run any type of material face stock even those wherepolymerization need a special treatment.

Functions & Performance

Varnish: 

The machine achieves spot varnishing coating by varnishi droping on demand. The thickness with normal varnish by one pass could be 10 micro to 150micro.

Features: multi layer effect, thickness adjustment, no tools requirements, tiny lines and letters handling. 

 

Braille printing

with special UV varnish, the single pass of varnish could be 180 micro in thickness. By double pass, the max. relief could be 300 micro.

The main parts of our Ecoospark are Japanese and German brand products, which secure max. stability and robust, like konica minolta printing heads, MITSUBISHI servo and driver, tension control system, siemens PLC, Germany electronics, ELSCAN OMS 3 monitoring system, etc. And GIS RIP system is from US Global, it can make a finer graphics effect comparing the other Rip system. This is to secure the machine stability and long spine life. Our price has included 3 years of warranty.

 

Warranty and certification

The machine is CE certified and the varnish is SGS certified. 
For customers who use our varnish, we will provide 3 years of warranty including printing heads. 5 years of warranty is also negotiable.

Our engineer can go to help the installation and provide the necessary training. The buyer should take the round flight costs and service charge and the local accommodation cost. Any problems or questions,we will be at your disposal 7x24 hours.

7. Can we sample?
Yes, send your artwork and your printed label roll with min. length 50 meters, then we will sample as you requested.
