It is a roll-to-roll label Varnishing and Foil Stamping machine. The machine can do spot UV varnishing, embossing, 3D shining effects, digital foil, variable data enhancements. Please note these effects are far more versatile and value-adding than normal varnishing and foil stamping by flexo plate application on any hybrid digital label printer. Similar equipments are from professional enhancement manufacturers such as Scordix, MGI and etc.

1. What

Normally 3 years including printing heads if customer uses our digital varnish since the installation day 1. 

4. What is the Lead Time?
Usually 30 days, and we will try our best to meet your demands.

5. Can you also supply the software?
Yes, we offer copyrighted software from UK. 

6. What about the Installation and after-sales technician support?
Our engineer can go to help the installation and provide the necessary training. The buyer should take the round flight costs and service charge and the local accommodation cost. Any problems or questions,we will be at your disposal 7x24 hours.

7. Can we sample?
Yes, send your artwork and your printed label roll with min. length 50 meters, then we will sample as you requested.
