Q3: How long is the lead time ? A: The lead time is normally 30 days. We can accelerate for emergency cases. |

Q5: How long is the warranty period ? A: One year warranty(For machine parts, we have one year guarantee. For motor, three months guarantee. For spare parts touching with ink, such as ink sat, ink pump, printhead, we have no guarantee. It's all the same in the market.) |
Q6: What is your normal payment term ? A: Normally, 30% TT deposit, 70% before shipping, or LC at sight. |
