UV Coater by Flexo Anilox Roller Matt Varnish Spot Coating Machine

 

   The High Speed UV Spot and Overall Coating machine SD1060 adopts upper-sway gripper-pass-sheet method to enable max speed up to 9500 sheets/hour. It takes offset printing and screen printing method,to do the full varnish coating or partial glue reserved varnishing for paper boxes or spot coating to make images more gloss and bright.
   It can use both gloss UV varnish,or waterbase matt varnish,blister varnish or skin touch varnish, for paper from 80g to 500g.

 

Structure and Main Features:
 

1. Stream flow paper feeder:
  The paper suction feeder adopts an oil-free vacuum air pump paper suction system, which is controlled by a bearing and a rotary valve with a simple structure. It does not require oil lubrication and is not easy to wear. The relative positions of the air head and the paper pile can be adjusted during operation.
   Precise and accurate front and side gauges can be fine-tuned during operation to facilitate local glazing and improve overprint accuracy.
   Equipped with a double-sheet controller and a lifting protection position for the paper loading table.
   Pre-stacking paper non-stop system (optional) improves work efficiency.

2. Multifunctional local oil head:

 Gripper-type paper conveying system.

 Automatically enter and exit the roller.

The oil head is located under the plate roller, with a large space for plate loading and easy plate loading and unloading.

 Suitable for flexo plates and offset rubber blankets.

Multiple roller oil heads, well-designed, even coating, stable feeding, suitable for partial and full glazing.

 Chamber doctor ceramic anilox roller coating system (optional).

3. IR drying units for waterbase varnish drying. 

There are double IR drying units with 24 IR tubes, for drying the water based varnish.

Divided into four groups of separate switches, freely take the power saving mode.

The lower suction by the conveying belt , makes the water evaporation fast, sheet varnishing more gloss.
 

Water-based hot air drying system (optional): used for drying water-based varnish.

4. UV light curing system:

 It consists of UV lamp tube, reflector, electrical control and cooling exhaust equipment.

 Built-in automatic temperature control, safety control for abnormal over-temperature tripping.

 Full lamp and half lamp design, connected to the coating process, full lamp during normal operation, automatically switches to half lamp in case of paper feeding failure, double sheet or emergency stop.

 Air-conditioning cooling system (optional) to ensure print quality.

5. Automatic delivery unit:

 Low-noise paper feeding, upper and lower pressure rail design, smooth and smooth paper feeding.

 The top of the take-up machine is equipped with a cooling fan and good exhaust gas emission equipment to ensure safe operation.

 Thin paper is prone to curling when coated, and the vacuum suction paper flattener device keeps the paper stable.

*Anilox roller is suitable for some high precision UV coatings, but different varnish thickness needs different lines of anilox roller.
* Rubber roller is suitable for different varnish thickness,varnish volume can be adjusted by the pressure between the rollers and metering of speed. It can do the varnish thickness up to 7g/m^2. .
