Q: What about the Installation and after-sales technician support?
A: Online free installation with customer's local assistance. If a technician is requested to visit on site, our tech team will dispatch either senior technician from China or other authorized engineers from the nearest countries to do the installation, training, trouble shooting, and machine maintenance. The service is free of charge. But client should take the visa cost, round trip cost, local accommodation and meal.
