Brief introduction

 ZXJD370 Perfect Binding Line is operated at one side with speed 3600books per hour. The machine is consisted of manual feeding station, gathering unit eliminating device, turnover conveyor, book collecting working table, milling spine, cutting grooves device and glue pot. Binding part and gathering part can be used individually. User-friendly interface is adopted so it so easy to operate. The options of turnover unit, in-line signature collecting device, stacker and business glue spot can be selected.

Part two: Perfect glue Binder
Main Technical Features

1. Book Block feeding Unit: Book block infeed channel.
