HTS series digital printer is a digital printer for the label field. it has been jointly developed with South China University of Technology for 10 years.The HTS series is provided by Kyocera Corporation with nozzle and control technology,and the doctoral team of South China University of Technology developed RIP and color management scheme. After years of testing and improvement, it was officially finalized in May 2020, and the machine was promoted to the world. HTS 220/330 was developed to meet the label industry's need for short plateprinting, variable information printing, and reducing the difficulty and cost of printing. This new equipment has rich color representation and scalability. It can greatly meet and enrich various market demands in combination with customers' existing various process equipment.

Printing head and colors The HTC330 uses top existing high-speed and high-precision industrial on-demand piezoelectric printing head with the accuracy of 600×600 dpi. The printing speed comes up to 50m/min and the printing head has durable service life.The inkjet printing is a non-contact printing method, featuring for being all digital and high tolerance of printing substrate, like paper, PVC, PET, PE, BOPP, gold and silver foil and other materials. Variable data processing The computer to label digital procedures make it easy to print variable data involving one-dimensional code, QR code, serial number, and dot matrix code, and achieves one standard and one label corresponding to appropriate code, meeting the requirements of anti-counterfeiting traceability orders.
