JY41050 folio four-color offset printing machine features short water and ink roller distances to enable a more economical printing way with low, or no alcohol. Suitable for ultra-wide format and 0.8 mm thick paper at speed of 13000 rph for high production packaging printing.
 It is a sharp weapon in the packaging and commercial printing industry. The smooth and stable vacuum variable speed paper feeding can easily adapt to changes in paper size and improve registration stability, pneumatic and air cushion technologies are adopted for drawing gauge, paper feeding, paper transfer and paper connection, which greatly reduces the possibility of scratching printed products. The high-precision imported eccentric bearing support roller effectively improves the support rigidity and reduces the deviation value. The design of short water path and short ink path of three rollers makes it possible to reduce/no alcohol printing, can quickly achieve ink balance and reduce paper waste.
