                       B0 Size Corrugated Sheet Flute Laminating Machine

                         


    The fully automatic flute laminating machine is  used in the field of packaging equipment for high-precision bonding of color printed paper and corrugated paper. It is mainly used for processing paper products such as books and packaging boxes. It achieves efficient production through automated paper feeding, positioning, gluing, and pressing processes, suitable for 150g-500g surface paper and A/B/C/D/E/F corrugated paper, with a production speed of 8000 sheets per hour.

    Ecoo 1450 automatic flute laminator mainly consists of six parts: automatic face paper feeding section, face paper conveying section, automatic bottom paper conveying section, cyclic gluing section, positioning and pre-pressing section and pressing section. It suits to laminate the printed paper to the corrugated board( 3ply ), with features of high precision and high speed. It is the ideal laminating machine for all kinds of packaging company.

Product Details:
1 The top paper conveying adopts four suction and five feeding combined with strong high-pressure vacuum pump to produce blowing and suction, achieving efficient output of 150-500 grams of paper and paper with static electricity. At the same time, a pre-loading paper mechanism can minimize the paper changing time.(optional)
 

2 The process of top paper feeding is using imported PVC belts and pressure wheels to prevent top paper slippage, and adopts automatically continious paper feeding; The pressure wheel adopts a rubber pressure wheel specially designed for printing machines, which can effectively transport both thick and thin paper sheets; The paper conveying process is equipped with anti ring compression devices, and all types of paper can be smoothly conveyed; The belt adjustment adopts a top rod adjustment, which is intuitive and clear; The paper holder is equipped with pneumatic support springs, making machine operation and cleaning more convenient and efficient; The feeding point wheel adopts an adjustable pressure device is suitable for different thickness of the paper

3 The bottom paper is using high-strength and high friction perforated belts and high-pressure suction air, ensuring that the bottom paper supply is truly uninterrupted; The bottom paper is equipped with a rotatable paper holder to support long paper;

4 The bottom paper feed roller group adopts a patterned design, which makes the machine less likely to slip during high-speed operation;
