Ecoospark is a digital inkjet spot UV coating and cold foil stamping machine with tactile effects for label roll-to-roll. 
The machine has three sections: label roll unwinding, coating and foil stamping, rewinding. 
It is a digital UV varnishing and foil stamping machine for label printers, no need for plates, purely digital inkejet printing application. EcooSpark is a pioneer in this segment. If you are in label printing industry or having label printing customers, this will be a good choice.

1. Full automatic, artificial intelligence supported. 
Using Konica Minolta printing heads, it drops on-demand to create an automatic varnish and foil registration for inkjet heads over the preprinted sheet. lt is fully compatible with Variable Data Printing (VDP) jobs and prepared sheets by offset/flexo/inkjet digital printed on film/paper/paperboard materials.


2 Compared with traditional postpress machines, this machine can save your cost on make-ready processes, like n
o make-ready, no plates (offset), no screens(silkscreen), no dies (hot foiling), no waste (electricity, paper, varnish and time). Reduction of consumables(elimination of many plastics). Closed-circuit system to minimize varnish consumption, thus preventing waste.

3. Unique and flexible flat/3D UV coating and foil effects. The operator can change the coating thickness from 10 to 200 microns, depending on the user's defined areas. For braille case requirements, using special UV varnish, it can make 300 microns thickness of coating by double passing.

Embossing 

Using the unique UV inkjet printing technology, the crystal clear polymer varnish is tightly adhered, stable in nature, full in shape, and durable and compliant. Embossed characters and graphics permanetly maintain a clear outline and will not be deformed.

Cold foil stamping

Digital cold foil workflow, high precision, less wasteage. Stick the foil on the varnished area. Allow foil stamping on opp/pet film. The same height of foil staping as varnish.

Braille printing

The min. varnishing layer could be 10μm by one pass with normal UV varnish. 
The maximum thickness of the varnish layer is 150 μm, by one pass with normal UV varnish. But if customer needs to achieve braille printing, which is common in European society, with special UV varnish, the one pass can make 170μm height and can make two pass to achieve max 350 μm height.
