1 Laminating tolerance:The standard tolerance is +1.5mm, and at the speed of 9000 sheets/hour, our laminator can reach as well as +1.0mm, however, if your paper quality and cut is good and precise enough, our laminator can reach as precisely as +0.5mm at the speed of 5000 sheets per hour, which can satisfy your requirement of +0.5mm.
2 Gluing roller: We use silicon as the material applied on the surface of the gluing roller, which can resist corrosion and wear.
3 Our knurled stainless steel gluing roller can guarantee the glue consumption normally ranges from
25-30gsm subject to operator's skills and types of corrugated paper.
4 This Auto High-speed Flute Laminator is capable to laminate and glue combination of corrugated board and board together. After shearing or mold cutting, the laminated products can be made into carton box,
advertising board and related products.
5 No extra adjustment for different sheet sizes, paper weight ranges from 120 gsm to 600 gsm., easy to operate.
6 Sufficient operation space due to no suction feeder above paper piles; Ideal low E-type piling plate and high speed lifting device ensures quick paper piling to save time and increase efficiency.
7 Pre-loading device by rail equipped as standard.
8 High precise coating stainless steel roller mechanism assures even adhesive applied. Three sensors to control the glue volume level automatically.
9 Multi sensors to monitor feeding position of the bottom sheets, the upper two servo motors (Japanese Yaskawa brand) adjust the top sheets synchronously to make accurate register during lamination.
