                           Anilox Roller Flexo Plate UV Varnish  Spot Coating Machine

    EcooGraphix SD1060 is the high Speed UV Spot and Overall Varnish Coating machine with CE certificate. It adopts upper-swaygripper- pass -sheet method to enable max speed up 9000 sheets/hour. UV curing system conveying belt has characteristic of higher speed, precise orientation and UV curing higher efficiency and lower power consumption. After sheet travelling through UV coater and being transferred directly by the belt, grippers cannot be heated by high temperature from UV light, which prevent them from being damaged or deformed to ensure easy maintenance.

   Applications :

   Book binding, such as  covers, inserts, calendars, monthly calendars, advertisements, promotional samples, etc., which can make printed products more shiny and colorful after glazing.
    Packaging and decoration paper products, such as paper bags, envelopes, trademarks, etc., can beautify and protect the products after varnishing.      
 Cultural products, such as playing cards, postcards and gold-printed patterns, can resist mechanical friction and chemical corrosion with varnish coating.

 1 Feeder
High speed feeder with four sucking and four forwarding suckers can feed sheet smoothly.
2 Sheet Transferring Unit
Upper swing sheet transferring method can transfer sheet smoothly at high speed to pres-sure cylinder exactly.
3 Varnish Supply
Steel roller and rubber roller with metering roller reversing and doctor blade design control by varnish consumption and volume to meet the demand of products and operate easily. (Varnish consumption and volume are determined by LPI of ceramic anilox roller)
4 Transferring Unit
After sheet is transferred from pressure cylinder to gripper, air volume blowing for paper can support and reverse sheet smoothly, which can prevent sheet surface from being scratched.
5 Conveying Unit
Upper and lower conveying belt can form thin sheet to be curved for smoothly delivery.
6 Sheet Delivery
Automatic pneumatic patting sheet controlled by photoelectric detecting sensor make sheet pile fall automatically and collect sheet neatly. Electronic control can take out sheet sample safely and quickly for inspecting.

2. Hot air drying
Infrared drying is suitable for drying water-based varnish. The machine is equipped with 2 sets of infrared drying boxes, each with 12 infrared lamps and 4 fans. The infrared lamps generate heat energy through infrared rays, and the fans can speed up the air flow to form hot air, so that the varnish on the paper surface can be dried quickly.
 
3.How does the machine make spot or partial reserved coating?
  Take out a piece of paper to be coated, make an arrangement of size of the to-be-coated part. Put the positive surface of the to-be-coated paper on the working table, cut the part of the to-be-coated paper, and then put the negative surface of the to-be-coated paper on the bottom board.( At this time, the front side of paper should be on the same line of the basic line or forded line), draw the outline of the to-be-coated part on the bottom board.
   According to the cut part for coating of the paper, make a rubber blanket of the same size or flexo plate which will be stuck to the outlined bottom board with double-face glues.
   Lock the bottom plate the rubber roller and run the rubber roller by inching to make another side of the bottom plate to another clamp of rubber roller. Move the offset shaft with a wrench to the top position and gripper both sides of the bottom plate and make bottom plate stick to the rubber roller tightly.

4. What rubber blanket does the spot coating machine use?
   

  The size of the rubber blanket: (perimeter) 820 x 1060mm(width);

  Total thickness of Flexo plate( or coating rubber blanket),transparent film,back pad paper sheet is 2.4mm.

5. What anilox roller does the UV spot coating machine use?

 Anilox roller for flexo plate is optional, suitable for high precision embalishment spot coatings, different varnish thickness needs different lines per inch of anilox roller.
Rubber roller for blanket is suitable for different varnish thickness full coating or partial reserved coating ,varnish volume can be adjusted by the pressure between the rollers and metering of speed. It can do the varnish thickness up to 7g/m^2. .
