it adopts 10 inch touch screen, color liquid crystal touch screen. It is equipped with imported whole set computer controlling system. The computer can do self-diagnose while malfunction and do self-protection while wrong operation.

Loader machine has the function of automatic paper stacking and loading, which can quickly and automatically transfer the paper in the paper pile to the working platform, and the process of paper taking is safe, efficient and accurate, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers.

 

The automatic unloader can automatically stack papers neatly. The operator only needs to put the cut paper on the workbench of the unloader, and the unloader will automatically put the paper neatly on the tray. The automatic unloader can improve production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of the operator. 1.Double Hydraulic Device: the hydraulic system adopts the Germany advanced technology. Equipped with combined hydraulic valve, double hydraulic controlling structure, it approves hydraulic device greatly. The hydraulic device pass CE certificate.

2.Double Guide Device: the paper pusher adopts double imported linear guide and roller ball screw., which can prolong the machine use life, and can bear the high speed paper delivering.
