1400mm Medical Record Thermal Paper Roll Rewinding Slitter

EcooGraphix T-1400C is used for making all kinds of thermal paper rolls, including fax paper roll, ECG paper roll, medical record paper roll, POS roll, ATM roll, cash register paper roll, etc.

Features

1. SIEMENS PLC control system and touch screen, all the parameters are displayed on the monitor. Just set up the roll diameter, material thickness, and initial tension, and the machine runs automatically.

 

2. Shaftless hydraulic loading system, Max. load capacity is 3 tons.

 

3. 20 kg/m2 electromagnetic brake for unwinding tension control.

 

4. CNC processed & heat-treatment foothold wall panel, no deformation.

 

5. Unwinding section equipped with direction adjustable balancing roller, ensuring the roller itself keeps tight touch with the whole web.

 

6. Dynamic/static balancing transmission rollers.

 

7. The upper circular knives are fixed by screws, and the lower circular knives are fixed by the aluminum spacer, so cutting precision could be guaranteed.

 

8. Automatic tucker tucks the tail, convenient for quick trigger rewinding.
