Brief introduction

Type YPT787 web offset newspaper press is a newly top quality product adopting shaftless drive technology
Advanced match speed splicer can change rolls and gluing web at fast speed, and it is stable and reliable. Grade II tension control ensure the web tension stability. Type B-B tower modular unit design with flexible configuration, guaranteed for high quality printing. Pin jaw folder with its 2:2:2 cylinder ritio. Centralized operated display terminal, its parameter setting and running monitoring are operated centralized under its control.

HIGH QUALITY PRINTING UNIT

O Plate cylinder and blanket cylinder are made from solid stainless steel.
O Adapt precision bearing to reduce vibration and impact.
O The printing plates are clamped in the cylinder with arrow gap, without any tools to lock the printing plates.
O The register of circumference, sidelay and phase can all be pre-set and adjusted on the central control console, which can reduce prepare time to the minimum.
O The ink feeding system consists of 8 ink rollers, and the ink fountain roller is independently generated by motor. The auto ink level control system is optionally available.
O The dampening unit consists of 4 rollers, and the clamping fountain roller can be independently generated by motor. It is equiped with dampening soluttion cooling circulator.
O The adjusting of the amount of dampening and ink can be in pace with the printing speed. The curve can be established in the computer.
O Blanket cylinder, ink forme roller, dampening forme roller and film roller can be down by electromagetic valves in manual or auto.
 

 

INTELLIGENT CENTRALIZED CONTROL SYSTEM

O Adopt SYANX200, ISP200 series, PLC system, DLAX04 series, 11 sets of servomotor, of Bosch Rexroth corporation.
O Friend man-machine interface, parameter setting like grade II tenision, circumference, sidelay and phase register, AC servo miotor, printing speed, the track curve of ink and damping, etc. State display like printing speed, counting or error of each sensor and elecfromagnetic valve.
O Provide software repair and system correcting through ethernet network.

STABLE, REUABLEAND SPEEDY FOLDING SYSTEM

O Supported with AC servomotor drive collecting and former rollers, and two-unit pulling rollers,it is in stable working condition, equipped with tension rolls and longitudinal slitting knife.
O The former is equipped with its own side channel compressor, to provide the blast air for an air cushion between the former and the paper web.
O Adopt pin jaw folder 2:2:2 cylinder ratio. By using 1 folder works stably ( reducing noise, and it could reach as far as copies per hour.
O Owing to diameter adjustable folding cylinder multi-web fold precision.
