TBT50/4D is a 4 clamps PUR perfect binder ,which is suitable for short-order and medium-order production, and the maximum mechanical speed is 2000 copies/hour. The technical features include stepless variable speed control, PLC programmable controller, independent temperature control and overload protection of double glue pot, etc.

During operation, the machine manually supplies the book core and automatically completes the following 10 steps:
1. Milling back;
2. Groove opening;
3. Upper backing adhesive;
4. Upper side adhesive;
5. Cover indentation;
6. Upper cover;
7. Composite of cover and book cover;
8. Press the spine tightly;
9. Finished product output;

Main sections & components

1	Mechanical mechanism		The entire rack is constructed from premium steel, laser-cut for precision shaping, and fully assembled with screws, utilizing the latest international technology.
2	Bookshelf		The adjustable book stand allows full-body adjustment, with convenient lock wire and wireless conversion. The book core can be wrapped either in the center of the clamp or along the edge of the book holder. The maximum wrapping size is 450mm.
3	Book Cover		The aluminum die-cast structure ensures durability and resistance to deformation. Featuring a sliding bearing mechanism, it accommodates books up to 450mm in length. With dual springs, it provides stable book clamping and strong holding force.
4	Book Cover		The entire alloy is die-cast with two sets of outer clamping plates, accommodating book cores from 65mm to 320mm in height.
5	Flip the back		The back-milling machine features an aluminum die-cast chassis with a single milling unit. Both precision and rough milling are completed in one operation. The specially designed slotting mechanism allows the final layers of paper to be fully milled through, ensuring the book's back remains hidden. The milling depth (0.5-3mm) is adjustable for customized needs, with easy adjustment.
6	Side Edge		The pot is fully aluminum die-cast with fixed-side rubber wheels and active upper-side rubber, ensuring a thin and smooth rubber layer. The thickness of the rubber layer is adjustable, with a minimum of 0.2mm. The height of the rubber layer can be adjusted between 2-6mm. The front side rubber box prevents thread formation, keeping the machinery clean. The second sheet of paper at the front and back of the book remains visible.
7	Backer Box Station		The pot is fully cast with aluminum, featuring a large rubber wheel that rotates both forward and backward. The secondary application of back glue prevents air bubbles and allows for thick application (up to 1.5mm). Both front and rear glue wheels have a break function to minimize waste and keep the book clean. The glue wheel can be quickly adjusted.
8	Cabinet overload protection device		It has a two-stage overload protection structure. If the glue does not melt, the machine will not start smoothly and break down. If the glue does not melt, the machine can be started and adjusted to save time and high efficiency.
9	Booklet organization		The integral casting features dual-column guide with dual cams, offering exceptional wear resistance, high precision, and robust clamping force. It ensures smooth vertical movement while maintaining structural integrity of front and rear clamping plates. The package thickness ranges from 1.5 to 45mm.
10	Go to the top		With 7 air vents, it can blow open the bottom sheets without double sheets, with a maximum cover size of 640mm and a minimum cover size of 140mm.
