- Please attach EL specifications to the quotation.
- Be sure to include it in the machine specifications.
  No problem, please give us some time to revise he specifications of the EL Scanning.

3. Is it possible to test if a customer gives a file to a demo machine in a showroom in Thailand?
If possible, is there a limit on the width and height?
I'll give you a test file first.
   First of all , the machine is showed by our agent in Thailand. If test your file, it's better have the printed materials ready, but we can't print on the exhibition, and the time is limited. The max print width is 288mm, max material width is 330mm, at least 300meters a roll.
   Or if you send us the file, we may make the sample in China,and send them by air to you. Is there any requirement for the sample or what the effect the customer want to see,please?
   
4. Since this is my first machine , please give me a price discount even if I have little margin.

5. How is the installation?Installation is the most important.

   Please don't worry, we have the installation experiences for long time , and our machine in Latvia will be installed well in soon time. Our engineer knows and speaks English very well . For the first machine in Korea, We will guarantee everything go well .
