1.Application
UV printing. Appropriate to package and metal UV printing.

3.Structure
The printing blanket normally includes 3 layers as below:
A: a base non-woven fabric or a spun bonded non-woven fabric layer which is assigned to the printing cylinder,
B: a soft, highly resilient void-free compressible intermediate rubber layer which has closed gas pores
C: an outer-lying void-free layer of an elastomeric layer which faces toward the printing material.
Characteristic:
Special rubber surface had good solvent resistance. High smash and edge marking resistance, minimal dot gain, prefer to precise print.

5.About Blanket Aluminum Bar
We can offer blanket with or without bar, depending on customers' inquiry. $5 will be surcharged for each pair of bars. Please let us know the machine model or bar size if you need blanket with bars.
Attention:
Before installation, please measure the thickness of blanket for adjusting the press accurately;
While installation, please use the constant wrench to tighten gradually;
After installation, please clean the rubber surface and ready for print;
During the use, please often use the special solvent to clean the rubber surface for extending the useful time.
