Features

1 Automatic collection and centralized treatment of developing waste liquid.
2 All control systems are controlled by  PLC  and operated by touch screen.  Fully automatic online operation, automatic collection, and treatment of developing waste liquid.
3 Electric heating is adopted for concentration treatment.
4 The concentrated solidified products are discharged and solidified by the automatic scraper.
5 After treatment, the solid waste can be automatically discharged into the fixed tank for easy cleaning.
6 No additional chemicals need to be added during the treatment.
7 The treatment residue is solid, and the remaining solidified product is about 10% of the original waste liquid.
8 The treatment rate is related to the composition of the developer, and the matching developer circulation filtration system can improve the treatment rate.
