Ecoospark is a digital drop-on-demand inkjet lebel emblishment machine for roll-to-roll label printing. It is used to do the varnishing and foil stamping in a digital way, without need of plate. This inkjet digital way allows various varnishing coating thickness of different areas, variable data handling, fast and accurate registration and braille printing, especially for some short and variable label printing jobs.
With a fully digital solution, the label can achieved instant-realized effect, like 3D shinning, spot varnishing, foil stamping, laser effecting. This machine is workable with label-rolls printed by flexo printing, dry toner printing and digital printing. It has few limitation for medias except some textrure wine label materials.

1. All digital workflow, to drop-on-demand, to guarantee a more 3d and vivid effect, like texture effect, laser effect, braille printing, code printing.

1. what is the max. and min. varnish thickness? How about braille printing?
Candy: The min. varnishing layer could be 10μm by one pass with normal UV varnish. The maximum thickness of the varnish layer is 150 μm, by one pass with normal UV varnish. But if customer needs to achieve braille printing, which is common in European society, with special UV varnish, the one pass can make 170μm height and can make two pass to achieve max 350 μm height. The cold stamping height is as same as the varnishing height.
2. How about varnish supply? from Ecoogaphix only, can we get back-up supply in local market?
Candy: We offer 1 year of warranty of the printing heads in conjunction with our varnish. The varnish is specially designed to work perfectly with our machine. We do not have supplier list for the varnish. But we will share the varnish rechnical data and do best to support the client to find the most suitable replacement, if the customer needs local supplyment.
3. what printing substrates are workable? what are not? Any limitation?
Candy: The inkjet printing technology makes high tolerance for the printing substrates, especially for the BOPP, OPP, PET materials and synthetic papers. But the label printing industry really covers hundreds of printing materials and different brands and batches of material may have uniupe features. So testing is essential. Limitation is some texture materials.
4. What can we do with this machine? In any case we need this machine?
