   TDS790 automatic hot foil printing machine is a very stable machine, and its first version was designed 20 years ago. So far we have sold more than 300 automatic stamping machines worldwide.
    It is used for automatic stamping roll material, after printing, lamination. Suitable for the production of paper boxes, paper cups, wrapping labels, cardboard embossing, portable paper bags, paper covers, PVC, various plastics, etc....

 

1. Main Features:

1. Transmission of main unit adopts the imported A/C frequency converter control, start-up and stop of the machine are controlled by means of imported air clutch.
2. Running of the whole machine is controlled by PLC. Through the interface touch-screen monitoring the machine running condition,trouble indications and their corresponding solving ways, the operation is more user-friendly.
3. Independent temperature control to each heating zone makes operation temperature of the machine more equal and stable.Function of timing pre-heating can enhance working efficiency greatly.
