Bag types and its making machine
1. Use appropriate paper rolls for bag making.
2. Avoid overly dried paper and paper with static electricity. Curled paper should not be used (for sheet-fed machines). Do not use excessively twisted cord or overly soft cord.
3. For paper with laminated PP film, ensure the laminated layer is of uniform thickness.
4. Follow our recommended glue specifications for each gluing section, adjusting for ambient temperature and humidity.
5. Bag width and bottom width have limitations based on their combination.
6. The longitudinal glue position should be on the bag face, with a 25-30mm gluing space (inner gusset gluing is also possible as an option).
7. When using fully printed rolls or PP laminated paper, leave space for the bottom and longitudinal gluing areas. A 7mm overlap for printing or lamination is necessary.
8. Production capacity varies based on paper quality, weight, printing, glue quality, cord quality, bag size, operating environment, etc.
