B1 Sheetfed Paper Box UV Spot Anilox Coating machine
The UV Varnish Spot Coating machine or Gloss UV coater is an important equipment for surface finishing and production of packaging products such as cartons and paper boxes. It plays a very important role in improving the surface properties of printed products and enhancing their wear resistance, stain resistance and water resistance.
HIS 1450 is the high speed overall and spot varnishing machine , adopt the Bite-transferring structure and chain track design of offset printing press. The drying section is a conveyor net structure, adopt the large diameter impression cylinder, so the finished oil film is very flat and even, accurate and bright. It can comprehensive think about both thick and thin papers, and can be used for both full and partial UV coating or water based varnish coating.
There are three UV lamps in the UV curing unit,to dry the gloss UV varnish. The matt varnish or water based varnish is dried by the IR system with IR light.
The machine contains rubber roller, to produce the full coating or partial reserved coating by printing blanket. The spot coating or relief varnishing are made by the flexo plate with the optional anilox roller.
1 Feeder
High speed feeder with four sucking and four forwarding suckers can feed sheet smoothly.
2 Sheet Transferring Unit
Upper swing sheet transferring method can transfer sheet smoothly at high speed to pres-sure cylinder exactly.
3 Varnish Supply
Steel roller and rubber roller with metering roller reversing and doctor blade design control by varnish consumption and volume to meet the demand of products and operate easily. (Varnish consumption and volume are determined by LPI of ceramic anilox roller)
4 Transferring Unit
After sheet is transferred from pressure cylinder to gripper, air volume blowing for paper can support and reverse sheet smoothly, which can prevent sheet surface from being scratched.
5 Conveying Unit
Upper and lower conveying belt can form thin sheet to be curved for smoothly delivery.
6 Sheet Delivery
Automatic pneumatic patting sheet controlled by photoelectric detecting sensor make sheet pile fall automatically and collect sheet neatly. Electronic control can take out sheet sample safely and quickly for inspecting.
