TBT50/5F is a 4 clamps PUR perfect binder ,which is suitable for short-order and medium-order production, and the maximum mechanical speed is 2300 copies/hour. The technical features include stepless variable speed control, PLC programmable controller, independent temperature control and overload protection of double glue pot, etc. Its standard configuration is EVA gluing system. But it has options of PUR gluing system, back strip. The Interchange between EVA and PUR s very fast.This machine adopted a computer operation system,a mill chamber construction,side rubber wheel.in.dentation wheel,book-wrapping table, cover size adjuster,auto computer setter.As a result it can finish allthe processes in one minute.t is controlled by a freguency controller and PLC it is assembled with photoelectric cells,auto tester and touch screen displaver.

Spine milling station and notching station
Back milling (with integral die-cast back box): Integrated milling processes including back milling, precision milling, and rough milling. The slotting employs a specialized structure, with final milling passes completed in one operation.
Glue station.
The side adhesive tank is positioned in front of the back adhesive box, preventing thread formation and ensuring the second book cover remains easily accessible without exposing the bottom. This design helps maintain the machine's cleanliness.
Reverse rotation of the large rubber wheel in the back glue tank: The secondary gluing process is less prone to air bubbles, and the back glue can be applied with thicker adhesive.
The back adhesive roller features front and rear adhesive breakage functions: saves adhesive waste, keeps books clean, and allows quick adjustment of the adhesive breakage roller.
Adhesive container overload protection: Features dual overload protection. If the machine is started with hot melt adhesive still solid, the equipment will not be damaged.
Separate glue box: Features a quick-install movable glue container, with easy conversion between EVA and PUR glue boxes.
Nipping Station
A strong rigid nipping mechanism secures precise alignment of the cover to the book block.
